Our shipping rates are transparent, and we aim to provide the best value for our customers. All hair is delivered, not mailed. Pricing may vary based on location. We offer same-day express delivery upon request, although pricing may vary depending on location. Please note that we make daily deliveries, and our schedule may be subject to variation depending on our workload. Deliveries are made on a first-come, first-served basis, so once our daily calendar is full, you will need to check for alternative delivery dates.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
There are no refunds once the driver leaves the items with the customer.
We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your Unique Decor Hair purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please notify the driver before departing the premises, as refunds are not available once the hair is received and the driver has left. Please note that transportation fees are non-refundable. To initiate a replacement, kindly notify the driver before departing, as an additional driving fee will be applied for replacement items, if the driver must return to the office to replace an item and deliver it back to you. You may go back on the calendar for later delivery date. Fees vary depending on travel time and distance, so please ensure you select your item carefully to avoid incurring an additional delivery fee.
